TERMS & CONDITIONS

I. General Information

  1. The online store Paradise Society is operated by FOUMA KAMIL LAREK, located at Wielewska 2/10, 89-600 Chojnice, Poland, VAT ID: 5552124211, REGON: 384972725.
  2. The store sells clothing products through its website.
  3. Contact with the store is possible via:

II. Definitions

  1. Terms & Conditions – these Terms & Conditions of the Paradise Society online store.
  2. Store – the online store operated by the Seller.
  3. Seller – FOUMA KAMIL LAREK.
  4. Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase.
  5. Product – clothing items available in the store.
  6. Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent to conclude a sales agreement.

III. Purchase Conditions

  1. All product prices displayed on the website are gross prices (including 23% VAT).
  2. Orders can be placed through the store’s website.
  3. Information about current sales campaigns (such as drops or pre-orders) may be published on the store’s website.

IV. Prices and Payments

  1. Available payment methods:
    • Przelewy24 (BLIK, instant bank transfers, cards)
    • PayPal
    • Stripe (payment cards)
  2. Payments are processed electronically and securely.
  3. Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
  4. The Seller reserves the right to change prices and delivery costs (this does not apply to orders already placed).

V. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Available shipping options:
    • InPost Parcel Locker – 14.99 PLN
    • InPost Courier – 16.99 PLN
    • International shipping – price depends on the destination region (shown during checkout)
  2. The store does not offer cash on delivery.
  3. Order processing times are provided in the product description and are counted from the moment payment is received.
  4. For preorder or drop products, processing times may be extended.

VI. Returns (Withdrawal from the Agreement)

  1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.
  2. To make a return, the Customer must inform the store via e-mail at: contact@paradisesociety.com.
  3. The product must be returned in unused condition (without signs of wear and with tags attached).
  4. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  5. The store refunds the product cost (excluding delivery costs unless otherwise required by law).

VII. Complaints

  1. The Customer has the right to file a complaint if the product does not comply with the agreement.
  2. Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to: contact@paradisesociety.com, including:
    • order number
    • description of the issue
    • photos (if possible)
  3. The store will review complaints within a maximum of 14 days.
  4. If the complaint is accepted, the Customer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

VIII. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

  1. The controller of personal data is FOUMA KAMIL LAREK.
  2. Personal data is processed for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.
  3. Details are available in the Privacy Policy.

IX. Cookies

  1. The store uses cookies to ensure proper website functionality, traffic analysis, and marketing activities.
  2. The Customer can manage cookies through browser settings.

X. Order Placement Procedure

  1. The Customer selects a product and adds it to the cart.
  2. The Customer then fills in the required information and completes the payment.
  3. After placing the order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirmation.

XI. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms & Conditions enter into force upon publication on the store’s website.
  2. In matters not regulated herein, Polish law shall apply.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
  4. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Polish courts.
