TERMS & CONDITIONS
I. General Information
- The online store Paradise Society is operated by FOUMA KAMIL LAREK, located at Wielewska 2/10, 89-600 Chojnice, Poland, VAT ID: 5552124211, REGON: 384972725.
- The store sells clothing products through its website.

II. Definitions
- Terms & Conditions – these Terms & Conditions of the Paradise Society online store.
- Store – the online store operated by the Seller.
- Seller – FOUMA KAMIL LAREK.
- Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase.
- Product – clothing items available in the store.
- Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent to conclude a sales agreement.
III. Purchase Conditions
- All product prices displayed on the website are gross prices (including 23% VAT).
- Orders can be placed through the store’s website.
- Information about current sales campaigns (such as drops or pre-orders) may be published on the store’s website.
IV. Prices and Payments
- Available payment methods:
- Przelewy24 (BLIK, instant bank transfers, cards)
- PayPal
- Stripe (payment cards)
- Payments are processed electronically and securely.
- Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
- The Seller reserves the right to change prices and delivery costs (this does not apply to orders already placed).

V. Shipping and Delivery
- Available shipping options:
- InPost Parcel Locker – 14.99 PLN
- InPost Courier – 16.99 PLN
- International shipping – price depends on the destination region (shown during checkout)
- The store does not offer cash on delivery.
- Order processing times are provided in the product description and are counted from the moment payment is received.
- For preorder or drop products, processing times may be extended.
VI. Returns (Withdrawal from the Agreement)
- The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.
- To make a return, the Customer must inform the store via e-mail at: contact@paradisesociety.com.
- The product must be returned in unused condition (without signs of wear and with tags attached).
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- The store refunds the product cost (excluding delivery costs unless otherwise required by law).
VII. Complaints
- The Customer has the right to file a complaint if the product does not comply with the agreement.
- Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to: contact@paradisesociety.com, including:
- order number
- description of the issue
- photos (if possible)
- The store will review complaints within a maximum of 14 days.
- If the complaint is accepted, the Customer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
VIII. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
- The controller of personal data is FOUMA KAMIL LAREK.
- Personal data is processed for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.
- Details are available in the Privacy Policy.
IX. Cookies
- The store uses cookies to ensure proper website functionality, traffic analysis, and marketing activities.
- The Customer can manage cookies through browser settings.
X. Order Placement Procedure
- The Customer selects a product and adds it to the cart.
- The Customer then fills in the required information and completes the payment.
- After placing the order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirmation.
XI. Final Provisions
- These Terms & Conditions enter into force upon publication on the store’s website.
- In matters not regulated herein, Polish law shall apply.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
- Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Polish courts.
